First off I wanna say nice job very well done. But the only suggestions or critiques I have is to add some more shadows around the blade in the blood and the blood on the skin. It should bring out the objects a little more and actually make them look like they are sticking in the wrist instead of just being manipulated and placed beside it. And play around with your lighting and do some reflections on the blade as to show where your source of light is coming other that having a flat piece.
